Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment

Missed Appointment:
Client fails to cancel their appointment and no shows, they are required to pay hundred percent of the total new appointment to Booking.

Late arrivals:
We respect your time and ask that you respect ours . If a guest is 15 minutes late. We may need to reschedule your appointment to another date.
